The Cashier’s Office manages tuition and fees for Aims Community College and ensures students have a positive experience paying for college by providing guidance and clear processes. 

Students who have questions about tuition and fees, need assistance paying or signing up for a MyPaymentPlan can contact our office for assistance.

Payment Deadlines

Owe a balance Spring 2024 and prior - Balances must be paid in full to be permitted to register in future classes. 

Summer 2024 Semester 

  • Payment deadline: January 16, 2025 11:59 p.m. 
    • Registration holds placed on all accounts with a balance greater than zero. 
    • Must pay in full to have holds released. 
    • In addition, any Spring 2025 classes will be dropped.  
  • March 1, 2025 - All outstanding Summer 2024 accounts are due in full to avoid assignment to the collection agency.

Fall 2024 Semester

  • Monthly service fee assessment
    • October 7, 2024 11:59 p.m. - Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4)  to avoid monthly service fees. 
    • November 5, 2024 11:59 p.m. -  Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4)  to avoid monthly service fees. 
    • December 5, 2024 11:59 p.m. -  Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4)  to avoid monthly service fees.

Planning on attending Spring 2025 semester? 

PAYMENT DEADLINE:  January 16, 2025 - Any fall 2024 balance must be $200.00 or less by 11:59 p.m. or ALL Spring 2025 registrations will be dropped.  

  • January 16, 2025 11:59 p.m. - Registration holds placed on all accounts with a balance greater than $200.00. 
  • January 17, 2025 8 a.m. - Spring 2025 registrations may be dropped for students with fall balance greater than $200.00 and/or any prior semester balance outstanding
  • March 31, 2024: All Fall 2024 High school program students payment deadline. Registration holds assessed if balance remains 
  • May 21, 2025 11:59 p.m. - Registration holds placed on all accounts with a balance greater than zero. Must pay in full to have holds released.
  • July 1, 2025 - All outstanding Fall 2024 accounts are due in full to avoid assignment to the collection agency.

 

Spring 2025 Semester

Don't let your spring 2025 be dropped:  By Jan 16, 2025 any summer 2024 or prior semesters must be paid in full. In addition, any fall 2024 semester balance must be $200 or less.  

  • Monthly service fee assessment
    • February 5, 2025 11:59 p.m. - Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4)  to avoid monthly service fees. 
    • March 5, 2025 11:59 p.m. -  Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4)  to avoid monthly service fees. 
    • April 5, 2025 11:59 p.m. -  Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4)  to avoid monthly service fees.
    • May 5, 2025 11:59 p.m. -  Payment deadline. Complete a payment option (Step 4)  to avoid monthly service fees.
