Aims is committed to engaging and supporting our local businesses and workforce through a variety of community college partnerships and services. If you're an employer in Northern Colorado, you can work with Aims to build industry exposure to students and the general population, as well as recruit, train and retain your workforce.

About Employer Relations
Aims offers these engagement services as part of the Aims Strategic Plan, which identified three important strategies:

- Enhance Operational Performance
- Enrich NOCO Economic Development
The Employer Relations Committee emerged from the third strategy and is responsible for identifying and developing ways in which Aims can engage and support the community and workforce.
