  • If you are an EMT or AEMT, the pre-paramedic certificate will prepare you to apply for the Aims paramedic associate degree program. Study the courses required to apply for the paramedic program, including general education requirements, EMT fundamentals, medical and trauma emergencies, IV/IO therapy, and basic anatomy and physiology.
  • Energy Certificate

    Certificate
    In this one-year certificate program, you’ll study today’s standard and alternative energy technologies including active and passive solar heating, wind, biomass, photovoltaics, co-generation, hydro, hydrogen, geothermal and more. Learn about the role of energy and energy management in business, socioeconomic issues, and the basic calculation methods for quantifying energy use and savings.
  • Learn how automobile engines work and how to repair them with a hands-on lab course in the Aims auto shop. Study cylinder head, valve-train and cooling components, learn how to disassemble and rebuild an engine, and gain skills in engine sealing and repair techniques.
  • In this automotive technology certificate program, you’ll learn how to assess and improve automobile engine performance. Gain skills in general engine diagnosis, emission control systems, computerized engine control systems, fuel injection and exhaust systems, and diagnostic techniques to assess drivability.
  • Engineering Science

    Associate of Engineering
    This transfer degree prepares you to apply to an engineering bachelor’s program at the Colorado School of Mines. Learn modeling, programming, design, industrial technologies, CAD, mathematical and scientific principles along with soft skills like teamwork, critical thinking, analytics, and effective communication that will help you succeed in a four-year program.
  • Explore the classes that will teach you about computer aided drafting to start or advance your career supporting engineering, construction, architecture and manufacturing teams. Learn the software used by CAD professionals, including AutoCAD, Chief Architect, Revit Architecture and Inventor.
  • English

    Associate of Arts
    This two-year program prepares you to complete your bachelor's degree at a four-year school. General requirements round out a deep dive into literature with a focus that best works for your bachelor's program and might include world literature, ethnic literature, American or British literature, the literature of women and Shakespeare. This is a liberal arts degree with designation (DWD).
  • Prepare yourself to pass the Special Enrollment Examination to become a legal tax representative. This certification qualifies you to represent taxpayers and provide tax consultation services.
  • Study the anatomical basis of human movement in addition to practicing various weight training techniques. Students will learn to develop and implement exercise programs while preparing for a nationally recognized personal training certification.
  • Fire Academy

    Certificate
    This certificate covers Firefighter I training and Hazmat Operations Level I without the EMT Training.
