CGRS is proud to recognize our partnership with Aims Community College through the Colorado Skills Advance Grant in 2024–2025. With the Aims team’s guidance, we navigated the grant process and designed training programs that reached 60 employees across every level of our organization — from executives and project managers to field staff. Through the Existing Industry grant, we offered training in Project Management, Leadership, Finance, and Digital Literacy. The sessions were tailored to meet different skill levels and job responsibilities, making the learning relevant and impactful. For some, it meant gaining new leadership tools; for others, it meant building confidence with digital skills or understanding the financial side of our business. The results: our team is more confident, more connected, and better equipped to deliver quality solutions to our clients and communities. Beyond skills, the program reinforced our commitment to investing in our people and building a culture of growth and collaboration. We’re grateful to AIMS for being a true partner in workforce development and look forward to future collaboration!
