Professional Background
Gabriela is a dedicated professional who has been serving the academic community for several years. Since the fall of 2021, she has been an integral part of the Finish What You Started program at Aims Community College, where she holds the role of program coordinator. Prior to this position, Gabriela's commitment to student success was evident in her various roles within the educational sphere.
Between 2016 and 2017, Gabriela served as a peer coach at Aims Community College, where she provided valuable support and guidance to her fellow students. Following this, she expanded her reach as a peer advisor at UNCO from 2018 to 2019, where she continued to positively impact the lives of students by offering advice and assistance in navigating their academic journeys.
Additionally, Gabriela was employed as a staff associate at Aims Community College from 2019 to 2021. In this role, she demonstrated her unwavering commitment to student success, providing comprehensive assistance to the Transitions Center Team. Throughout her career, Gabriela's main priority has always been serving students and assisting them in reaching their full academic potential. She is passionate about providing both academic and personal coaching to empower students and help them overcome challenges on their path to success.
