Staff Associate, Allied Health

Would you like to use your administrative skills to help keep the Aims Allied Health programs running smoothly? This role includes working with faculty, chairs and others to schedule courses and align human resources, equipment, materials and procedures to offer our students optimal learning experiences. You'll also be the first point of contact for the Aims community and general public for the Allied Health program and Aims.

Program Manager I, Welcome Center Events

The Welcome Center Events Manager serves as point of contact for event planning at Aims Community College Welcome Center events. This position will coordinate and manage, from inception through execution, a high volume of both large and small events for the Aims Welcome Center. This is a temporary position approved through June 30, 2025, at which time it may be renewed.

Part-Time: Learning Resource Technician

Do you enjoy helping people access and troubleshoot technology resources? The Learning Resource Technicians (LRTs) provide technology assistance to students seeking services at the Learning Commons or remotely. LRTs work to empower student success, reduce technological barriers and ensure our labs and checkout technology meet the needs of our students as well as staff, faculty and community patrons. This position is based on the Aims Greeley Campus.

Aims employees, spouses and dependents can receive $4,000 in tuition reimbursement for classes at Aims for the first year of employment. Tuition from other accredited institutions is also reimbursed after the first year.

Aims full-time employees receive ample paid time off, including: 17 holidays, 12 days of sick leave, 15 days of annual leave, 24 hours of personal leave, and 30 hours of volunteer time per year. During the summer, enjoy 12 Fridays off where you can work 36 hours per week while being paid for 40.

Save for your future retirement with a PERA Defined Benefit Plan. Aims employees contribute monthly to this PERA plan, earning interest until retirement. Once retirement eligible, individuals can receive monthly payments for life.
