Staff Executive I, Loveland

This position provides administrative coordination and supervision of the campus for the purpose of supporting academic leadership, the Executive Campus Director, faculty, staff and students of the Aims Loveland campus. This position serves as office manager assuring that all administrative, fiscal, physical, and scheduling services of the Loveland campus are working correctly and congruently with high-quality customer service and consistent internal and external communication. 

Instructor, Computer Information Systems

This is a Full-Time, tenure-track, benefited Faculty position beginning Fall Semester, 2023. The primary purpose of the faculty member is to teach by interacting with students to provide opportunities to learn, creating conditions that facilitate learning, and using techniques and methods that create a high probability that learning will occur. The faculty member is also responsible for scholarly and creative activities (professional development), and service to the college.

Human Resources Specialist I, Recruiting

This position direct reports to the Human Resources Recruiter II. Recruiting is a centralized department, within human resources, providing support services to the entire college. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail, managing multiple positions at one time, requiring the ability to manage positions at various stages. The role is responsible for full life-cycle hiring at the college, including, but not limited to all of the stages of the recruiting process.

Aims employees, spouses and dependents can receive $4,000 in tuition reimbursement for classes at Aims for the first year of employment. Tuition from other accredited institutions is also reimbursed after the first year.

Aims full-time employees receive ample paid time off, including: 17 holidays, 12 days of sick leave, 15 days of annual leave, 24 hours of personal leave, and 30 hours of volunteer time per year. During the summer, enjoy 12 Fridays off where you can work 36 hours per week while being paid for 40.
