  • Mathematics

    Associate of Science
Study single variable calculus techniques of integration, analytic geometry, improper integrals, convergence of infinite numerical series and power series along with multivariable calculus principles of vectors, vector-valued functions, partial derivatives, analytic geometry, multiple integrals, line integrals and applications. Blending classwork with intensive lab work learn basic computer science and programming using C++ or Java, algorithm development, data representation, logical expressions, sub-programs and input/output operations. This is a liberal arts degree with designation (DWD).
  • Physics

    Associate of Science
Study kinematics, dynamics, and conservation laws applying classical physics to both mathematical and conceptual problems including 1D and 2D kinematics, Newton’s Laws, rotational motion, energy and work, momentum and impulse, and simple harmonic motion. Learn the physics of electricity and magnetism using conceptual and mathematical reasoning, including calculus, Maxwell’s equations, waves and time-varying circuits. This is a liberal arts degree with designation (DWD).
  • Psychology - Liberal Arts A.S.

    Associate of Science
Along with general requirements to prepare you to transfer to a bachelor's degree at a 4-year school, study the science of behavior including motivation, emotion, physiological psychology, stress and coping, research methods, consciousness, sensation, perception, learning, and memory. Learn about cognition, language, intelligence, psychological assessment, personality, abnormal psychology, therapy, life span development, sex, gender, sexuality, and social psychology. This is a liberal arts associate of science (A.S.) degree with designation (DWD).
  • Soil and Crop Sciences
