Horizon Hall was opened in 1973 and remodeled in 2011. Classes are held in the areas of Math, English and Advancing Academic Achievement. Faculty offices and a Student Lounge are also housed here.
- Accessible entrances are at the north and east sides of the building.
- Vending machines are available in the Student Lounge, located in Room 100 on the southeast corner of the building.
- Group study rooms are located in Rooms 101 and 102.
