If you are classified as Out-of-State for tuition classification purposes and believe you qualify for In-State tuition, complete the Petition for In-State Tuition Classification and include supporting documentation as directed. This form is not available in Workday.
Minimum required documents will include:
- Colorado driver's license or Colorado State issued ID card
- Vehicle registration in Colorado (if owning a vehicle)
- Colorado State income taxes
- Evidence of physical presence in Colorado for 365 days prior to the start of the term (domicile).
Do not use this form if you are a Non-Resident/Non-Citizen. You may be eligable through the ASSET program.
