I have a passion for helping students, because I didn't always have the best opportunity at places other than Aims. Aims really helped me to see how to connect with instructors, to be identified as a student and not a number. If I asked for help, I was able to get it. And now working at Aims, I've been able to take things that I didn't get from my education and build that for those students.
