Ashley Kasprzak

Instructor, Nonprofit Leadership Academy

Ashley Kasprzak (sounds like Kasper-zack) has been a lifelong volunteer and has worked for, and with, nonprofit organizations for 33 years.  She launched her own consulting business in January this year. Ashley is passionate about lifting-up women, children, and those who are disadvantaged. She values education, health and quality of life, and the arts.

She has raised over $31 million for nonprofit organizations. Previously, she worked for multiple excellent organizations including the UCHealth Foundations, McKee Wellness, Denver Art Museum, and the Children’s Museum of Denver.

She has presented more than 30 training workshops to nonprofit leaders on fundraising, grant writing, funding research, board development and more. Her most recent grants that were successfully funded benefited people re-entering community after incarceration and made it possible for youth with low incomes to access outdoor recreation.

Ashley has two adult-aged sons and enjoys playing tennis, hiking, reading, and baking. She is involved in First United Presbyterian Church in Loveland and is helping them seek funding for energy efficiency and access improvements. This basically means: getting a new boiler and installing an elevator.
