After a childhood of appreciation for nonprofit mission work through volunteering, Emmy Soyka completed her Bachelor's in International Affairs with CU Boulder and her Master's in Nonprofit Management with Regis University. Emmy has worked with a variety of local, national, and international nonprofit organizations, including the Yucatan Penninsula Mission, the National Center for Women & IT, Brigit's Bounty, Kiva, Sonrisas Sin Fronteras, and the Horse Protection League. Currently, Emmy is the Director of People & Culture at Hearts & Horses. Emmy grew up in Colorado and enjoys outdoor adventuring (camping, hiking, skiing), traveling the world, exploring new recipes, crafting anything she can get her hands on, and experiencing music through dance and piano.
