Personal Interests
Ty is a fitness, exercise, and sports performance enthusiast. He spends quite a bit of time watching videos and reading articles and books on these topics. His words of wisdom: “The best exercise/training program is the one that you can stick to.” Additionally, Ty enjoys watching football, especially rooting for his favorite NFL team, THE RAIDERS!
