Designed with student input, the Applied Technology and Traces Center serves as a living lab, with a solar array generating power to the building and cutaway designs and open-ceiling design elements that allow views of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other building systems at work.
Accessible parking is available along the east edge of the west parking lot. There is only one public entrance to the ATTC, with automated doors on the south side of the building. Elevators are just past Arty's Cafe on the right.
The following facilities and amenities are available in the ATTC:
- Welding technology facility on the main floor
- Community Lab maker space - Room 106
- 3D printing lab - Room 213
- Two Computer Aided Drafting CAD labs - Rooms 209 and 217
- State-of-the art computer lab equipment
- Library with textbooks and other resources for Construction Management and CAD programs - Room 202
- Arty's Cafe - near the lobby
- Single-occupancy, all-gender bathrooms are available in rooms 181, 223F and 227.
