Staff at the Facilities and Operations Administrative Offices maintain the Aims buildings and grounds covering 250+ campus acres. Staff also manage recycling and custodial services, utilities and infrastructure, space planning, furniture acquisition, room design, and fleet vehicle scheduling and maintenance.
The Aims Facilities and Operations Trades Shops house equipment for crews to maintain all buildings and grounds on campus, manage recycling and custodial services, maintain utilities and infrastructure, and perform landscaping duties on 205+ acres of on all campuses.
Located in the Westview building on the Aims Greeley Campus, FTLC fosters a culture of continuous growth and improvement of teaching practices. With the goal of empowering all students to succeed, FTLC focuses on implementing equitable learner-centered instruction.

The Aims Aviation program flight operations, flight training simulators and offices are based at the Flight Training Center at the Northern Colorado Regional Airport in Loveland.
