Aims Community College was recently recognized for two workplace honors. Energage, LLC named Aims a 2022 Top Workplaces USA winner, and Health Links™ named Aims a Certified Healthy Workplace Leader. These are both national-level honors based on employee survey responses.
Aims Community College Celebrates National Workplace Honors

Bornstein, Aims Community College CEO and president. “Aims is an employer of choice because of our excellent faculty and staff and our culture of caring for people.”
Aims Board of Trustees Chair, Lyle Achziger, said, “To be recognized nationally is an incredible honor. I know from personal observation of the emphasis placed on employee safety and wellness, both physical and mental, that this award is a very well-deserved honor.”
Top Workplaces USA
Aims Community College is a 2022 Top Workplaces USA winner. This award celebrates nationally recognized companies that make the world a better place to work together by prioritizing a people-centered culture and giving employees a voice. The Top Workplaces USA award is based entirely on feedback from an employee engagement survey completed by the employees of participating workplaces. The College ranks particularly high in the areas of employee wellbeing and professional development. Aims received recognition as a top workplace regionally in 2018, 2019 and 2021, but this is the first time the college has been nationally recognized.
Certified Healthy Workplace Leader
Aims is recognized as a 2022 Certified Healthy Workplace™ Leader for its commitment to workplace health and safety. Health Links™ awarded Aims its highest recognition for continually demonstrating an extraordinary devotion and dedicated resources to team members and community health and safety. Recognition as a Healthy Workplace is based on an organization’s score on Health Links’ Healthy Workplace Assessment™, an evidence-based online questionnaire. Aims has attained this designation for the second consecutive year.
