Aims and the people I was surrounded by helped me stay on course to finish my degree and start pilot school. I plan to finish my pilot's license and go to the airlines!"

"My time at Aims has been truly extraordinary. It has been a journey of personal growth, abundant opportunities, and forming deep connections with individuals whom I cherish deeply. Choosing Aims has been transformative, leading me to paths of success and opening doors I never imagined could exist. After graduation, I am looking forward to continuing my education at UNC. I plan to continue working at Aims in the CARE office. I would love to work as an addictions counselor or begin my own practice in art therapy."

“Every single professor and staff member that I have made contact with at Aims has been incredibly helpful and kind. I can confidently say that there are no better people to learn from and surround yourself with than the faculty at Aims. I'm hoping to one day have my bachelor's in ag business so I can continue in the field of agriculture.”

"Aims gave me the confidence to pursue a career and not feel intimidated to go into college. Professors and staff are all so friendly and supportive. Classes are smaller therefore, you receive more attention from your professors. I’m transferring to UNC and completing my bachelor's degree in nutrition.”

“I met amazing professors who always challenged me and pushed me to become someone better every day. Aims allowed me to grow in my leadership skills and step out of my comfort zone. After graduation, I am looking forward to continuing my career at UNC. I will be working on my bachelor's and master's at UNC. After this, I hope to be a clinical psychologist or a mental health therapist.”

“Many of the staff working at the Aims Flight Training Center care about our progress and our professional careers. They are constantly nominating students for different awards and scholarships within the aviation program and outside. What I'm looking forward to most is starting my career as a flight instructor and continuing to work on getting my minimum flight hours to go to the airlines. I'm hoping to continue work at Aims as a flight instructor.”

“I found a community, life-lasting friendships and made tons of memories with my peers and teachers. I am freelancing for drawing tech companies to help promote their business and will probably do that for a while, but I mainly plan to build my portfolio to set my goals in motion and to tell my story one way or another.”

“Aims has been a great experience for me. The way that everything is structured makes classes seem more manageable and everyone truly wants you to succeed. After graduation, I will be attending Aims for another semester to get my certificate in Mammography. In the midst of that, I will be working at the Medical Center of the Rockies as a Radiologic Technologist. I am so excited for my future.”

"I love that the Aims aviation program provides state-of-the-art training aircraft and flies out of an airport just 20 minutes from my home. The aviation staff at Aims is of the highest caliber. Every one of the faculty is passionate and they share that passion with us students every day. I'm looking forward to being fully employed as a Certified Flight Instructor. I've always been passionate about sharing aviation with others and I can't wait for this next step!"
