Creative Jam | February 28 | noon-4 p.m. | Student Commons | Greeley Campus
Come get creative with us at the Creative Jam. Try clay sculpting, rubber stamp carving, photography, and digital art, and hear a live podcast. Students, earn stamps on your creativity passport and get a free t-shirt. Free and open to students, Aims employees and the entire community.
Tax Help Colorado
Aims Community College offers free tax preparation and e-filing assistance through the Tax Help Colorado program. Individuals and households that made less than $67,000 annually in 2024 can participate at no cost and receive help from IRS-certified Aims students and community volunteers. Sites are operated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Join us for an enchanting evening of live music as our talented Aims Community College music faculty take the stage to showcase their artistry and passion. This special concert will feature a diverse selection of their favorite compositions, spanning a variety of genres and styles.
Ag Day Open House | March 12 | 5-7 p.m. | Platte Building | Fort Lupton Campus
The Ag Day open house is a free, family-friendly event. This is an opportunity to learn about local agriculture, tour the Aims Agricultural Sciences greenhouse and facilities, and participate in hands-on activities with community partners. The event features a variety of hands-on activities, including newly hatched chicks and a petting farm sponsored by Aims Ag Club students. The Aims Aviation program will showcase drones while Realizing Aptitudes and Dairy Max offer virtual reality ag experiences. CSU Sci Fly will highlight veterinary sciences, and the Aims Commercial Driver License training program provides a CDL simulator. Visitors can also connect with the local 4-H Youth Club and explore more interactive exhibits celebrating agriculture and technology.
FAFSA / CASFA Fest | March 13| 5:30-8 p.m. | Welcome Center | Greeley Campus
In collaboration with UNC, Aims will be hosting a free FAFSA/CASFA Fest, open to all students and prospective students. This event is designed to help students and families feel comfortable and confident navigating the FAFSA / CASFA application process. These are essential forms to complete in order to obtain a wide variety of federal and state student financial aid. Join us to get hands-on assistance from Financial Aid professionals. Don't forget to bring your tax forms to this event.
Aims 5K | March 14 | 8-9 a.m. | Allied Health and Sciences Building | Greeley Campus
Get ready to move, have fun, and celebrate community at the Aims 5K! Everyone is welcome to join this exciting event. Start your morning with a refreshing run or walk through a scenic, marked course around campus. Check-in begins at the water fountain next to the Allied Health building, east of the Student Commons. Follow the mapped-out route, enjoy the fresh air, and challenge yourself to complete the 5K at your own pace. Once you cross the finish line, meet us back at the starting line at 9 a.m. for a chance to win prizes! Let’s get active together.
Discover Aims- Open House | March 26 | 4-7 p.m. | Student Commons | Greeley Campus
Interested in learning more about Aims Community College and what it has to offer? Join Aims faculty, staff, and students for our all-campus Discover Aims- Open House. Connect with campus resources, learn more about Aims academic programs, and check out our state-of-the-art learning environments and materials. Designed to serve as a true open house, prospective students, families, and community members are invited to come and go as they please throughout the duration of the event! Spend time with just one or several of our academic departments, connect with student services at our robust resource fair, or explore campus through self-guided tours. Register for this event.
