This fall, Aims Community College will begin offering CPR classes in Spanish, teaching life-saving skills to more community members. Aims also offers American Heart Association-accredited CPR and first aid classes in English.
U.S. Senator John Hickenlooper visited the Aims Flight Training Center at the Northern Colorado Regional Airport. The tour gave him an up-close view of the college’s aircraft and flight simulators and the opportunity to meet with aviation students and faculty.
Janea Cordova's route to Aims Community College has been a bumpy one. She’s lived all over the United States, tried college, worked in healthcare, struggled with alcoholism and endured an array of setbacks. But she has turned her life around and aspires to do great things. Becoming an Aims student has been integral to her path toward success.
