Conveniently located off of Highway 34 and very close to Interstate 25, people come from all over Colorado to attend classes here. Students appreciate the highly collaborative culture on campus that emphasizes teamwork and professionalism.

The degree and certificate programs at Windsor are designed to help you build a solid foundation for your future career in public safety, aviation or automotive technology. You’ll learn from experienced instructors with strong industry connections who can help you connect with employers both during and after your time at Aims.

Our state-of-the-art facilities and technology really make Windsor Campus stand out, offering in-depth training in the latest technology and practices. The Automotive and Technology Center has paint spray simulators, a fleet of over 70 vehicles to practice on, and auto simulator boards that show the inner workings of a car. The Public Safety Institute has a training gym and burn tower, and the brand-new Simulation City allows multiple public safety programs (police, fire and emergency medical services) to run realistic training scenarios. Aviation programs feature complex simulators and a drone takeoff and landing lot, and the drone facility in the Gateway Building includes a fabrication and design lab.

Windsor is a full-service campus with all of the services you need for success, including Pathway Advising, Library, Tutoring, and Testing Services, free mental health counseling for students. All of these services are housed in the new Gateway Building, which also has aviation and general education classrooms and an Arty’s Eatery bistro. The Public Safety Institute also has a full-service gym with an on-site fitness trainer.

People are often surprised to learn about all that we have to offer at Aims and say that it feels more like a four-year college experience.

We welcome tours of Windsor to see the facilities and equipment, including the latest technology and hands-on training opportunities available here.

I look forward to seeing you on campus.
