  • Program Director II, Emergency Medical Services

    Would you like to join a team of instructors committed to offering a high-quality education in emergency medicine? In this role, you'll manage the Emergency Medical Services (Emergency Medical Technician and Paramedic) degree and certificate programs at Aims. This includes day-to-day operations as well as ensuring state and national level accreditation standards and regulations are met.

  • Bilingual Digital Literacy Specialist

    The Adult Education and English Language Learner (ELL) Programs at Aims Community College are seeking a dedicated and innovative Bilingual Digital Literacy Specialist, fluent in English and Spanish, to join our team. Our ideal candidate will collaborate with instructors and staff to develop, implement, and support technology-enhanced instructional strategies that foster an inclusive learning environment where technology enhances the education experience rather than serving as a barrier to effective learning.

  • Campus Safety & Security Technician III

    Join the Aims Camus Safety and Security team and serve as lead and point of contact working directly with Aims Events Staff to coordinate safety and security for student, employee and community events. Responsibilities include hiring, supervising and providing direction/training for all part-time GS employees and collaborating with outside law enforcement, when appropriate, to ensure a safe and secure environment at events and ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures and processes.

Aims employees, spouses and dependents can receive $4,000 in tuition reimbursement for classes at Aims after the first year of employment. Tuition from other accredited institutions is also reimbursed after the first year.

Aims full-time employees receive ample paid time off, including: 17 holidays, 12 days of sick leave, 15 days of annual leave, 24 hours of personal leave, and 30 hours of volunteer time per year. During the summer, enjoy 12 Fridays off where you can work 36 hours per week while being paid for 40.

Save for your future retirement with a PERA Defined Benefit Plan. Aims employees contribute monthly to this PERA plan, earning interest until retirement. Once retirement eligible, individuals can receive monthly payments for life.
