For licensed attorneys, a total of 12 hours of Pre-Licensing education is required. For former licensees or those with a current license in another jurisdiction, please see the DORA Division of Real Estate website. This course includes all six courses (168 hours of instruction) required to be eligible for a Colorado Real Estate Broker License, as well as Exam Prep Edge.
