Our mission is to cultivate a supportive community of students of any major who are curious about the complexities of human behavior and societal structures. We aim to foster personal growth, academic excellence, and professional development among our members while also creating a positive impact on campus and in the broader community. The Psychology Club at Aims Community College provides a community of like minded students to engage in various opportunities related to psychology and related fields such as human services, sociology, social work, etc.. As a new club, we are seeking students to help establish and shape our activities. Our goals include facilitating connections between students with similar interests through social events, inviting alumni and local professionals to share their experiences and insights, and organizing volunteer opportunities for members to participate in psychology-related community service projects. By joining our club, students can expand their knowledge, network with peers and professionals, and enhance their resumes and scholarship applications through meaningful experiences.
