These services help support the processes and functions of hiring new members of your workforce and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.

Aims builds partnerships with Allied Health businesses to provide clinical sites for students to volunteer and gain educational experiences in the medical field.
A temporary training program in a workplace, especially one offered to students or teachers as part of a course of study or work to observe respected professionals and their daily duties.
A planned and structured training experience that is used to develop an intern's work or professional skills and build their network. A paid or unpaid experience over a limited period of time. Jobseekers or students may or may not receive academic credit for the internship.
A teaching method in which students gain knowledge and skills by working for an extended period of time to investigate and respond to an authentic, engaging and complex question, problem or challenge. This also may be referred to as a Capstone Project.
To ensure that programs are contemporary and aligned with industry standards, Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs meet regularly with industry-specific professionals who provide advice on the curriculum, equipment and internships necessary to meet the specific needs of industry-relevant employers.
All Career and Technical Education programs in Colorado are required to consult with industry experts twice per year to make sure that the curriculum reflects current needs and methodologies.
