The Gateway Building is a 38,000-square-foot building that offers general education and degree and certificate classes for the Aviation, Criminal Justice and Fire Science programs. This facility also features aviation and UAS (drone) simulators and an arrest and control room for law enforcement programs. See a list of all academic programs below.

The Gateway Building is home to Windsor Campus services including:
- Welcome Center - Main Level
- Learning Commons, which includes a Testing Center, Library Services and Computer Lab - Third Floor
- Pathway Advising - Third Floor
- Counseling/CARE mental health services that are free to Aims students - Third Floor
- Prayer/Lactation Center - Room 309
- Arty's Pantry, a free service for students who need food, toiletries or school supplies due to financial need - Room 305
- Arty's Eatery, a bistro where you can grab a bite or something to drink - Room 108
You'll also find gathering and study spaces throughout Gateway, including an open concept Student Lounge on the main floor.
Accessible parking is outside an accessible building entrance at the southeast of the building. Elevators are located just past the entrance to the left.
Gender-inclusive restrooms are available on the main level near the northwest entrance next to the Bistro.
