Reisher Bridge Scholars Program
Aims is excited to introduce the Reisher Bridge Scholars Program, designed to help promising students complete an associate degree without incurring additional educational debt and to support them in successfully transferring to a Reisher 4-year partner institution.
This program offers tailored transfer support and access to essential resources, ensuring a smooth pathway toward achieving academic goals.
The Reisher Bridge Scholars Program has worked for me as an academic motivation. It's really pushed me to work harder on my academics, and get involved with school. I come from a low-income family so going to school is a little bit hard because of finances, so it’s definitely a lift off the financial burden.
As a program participant during your time at Aims, you’ll receive:
This is a two-semester program, with a new cohort starting each fall. To be eligible, prospective applicants must meet the below requirements at the end of the previous spring or summer term.
Completing these program requirements will help you navigate the transfer process with confidence and readiness, ensuring a successful transition to a Reisher 4-year partner institution.
The Reisher Bridge Scholarship Program is possible for Aims students through collaborative agreements with select Colorado four-year universities.
As a participant in the Reisher Bridge Scholars program, you'll have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities designed to support your transfer journey:
I was very scared of going back to school with as long as it's been. It's been really helpful to know that I have food on the table, I have the bills paid, and I can put all my focus on my studies. Now I'm just more confident and I'm more able to step forward and say, this is what I'm doing; I'm on the right path.
Note: Participation in the Reisher Bridge Scholars program at Aims does not guarantee admission to a Reisher 4-year partner institution or Reisher Scholars program.
