Into the Woods | Ed Beaty Hall Theater | Greeley Campus | $15
April 4-5 & 11-12 | 7 p.m.

The Aims Community Theater (ACT) Group is performing Into the Woods, the classic and beloved Stephen Sondheim musical based on the book written by James Lapine. The musical weaves together several Brothers Grimm fairy tales into a tale that explores the consequences of wishes and desires in a magical land of witches' curses and Big Bad Wolves. All proceeds from ticket sales fund future ACT productions.
Tax Help Colorado | April 5 & 12 | 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. | Cornerstone Building | Greeley Campus
Aims Community College offers free tax preparation and e-filing assistance through the Tax Help Colorado program. Individuals and households that made less than $67,000 annually in 2024 can participate at no cost and receive help from IRS-certified Aims students and community volunteers. Sites are operated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Community Lab Open House | April 7-11 | 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. | Applied Technology and Trades Center | Greeley Campus

Join us at the Community Lab Open House. The event includes hands-on 3D printing, sewing, laser cutting, cutting plotters, and soldering demonstrations. The Community Lab's mission is to support academics as a space for hands-on, collaborative learning and to help people realize their ideas. This maker space is where people can explore, expand, and discover elements of design, small-scale fabrication, electronics, craftwork and more. It's free for all students, faculty, staff, and community members to use at any time. This open house includes scheduled projects and special activities.
Aims Student Art Show | April 11 | 5:30-8 p.m. | Loveland Campus
Join the Aims Loveland Campus for the opening exhibit of the Aims Student Art Show. This is not just a showcase but a unique learning experience where students enter a juried show, inspiring all who attend. This year's theme is Identities and Understanding. Discover the incredible artistic talent of our student body and meet the artists. The art show coincides with Loveland's Night On The Town art walk every second Friday of the month. Student artwork is open to the public and will remain open from April 11 through June 5. Light refreshments will be served.
Second Chance Comedy Show | April 18 | 6:30-8 p.m. | Welcome Center | Greeley Campus
Second Chance Comedy blends humor with real talk about life’s struggles, resilience, and hope. Comedians share raw, funny, and deeply personal stories, proving that laughter truly heals. This event is free and open to the community. Von Sprecken headlines the show. A nationally touring comedian and mental health advocate, Von uses comedy to break stigmas and bring hope. He’s joined by an incredible lineup: Donna Shannon, Dominic Syracuse, Tara Check, and host Joe Huisman. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. The show starts at 6:30 p.m. Please note: This program is for adults and may be unsuitable for children under 18. Viewer discretion is advised. Aims Community College will enforce a clear bag policy at the event to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
