Aims Community College cultivates programs and partnerships that serve an evolving workforce. The Aims workforce development team has launched new open enrollment courses to serve local businesses and their employees. The course topics are developed with the needs of the local business community in mind.
Aims Loveland Campus hosted an art show in April. The 2022 show's theme was "New Growth." The exhibit was judged Best in Show and four honorable mentions.
Aims Community College was recently recognized for two workplace honors. Energage, LLC named Aims a 2022 Top Workplaces USA winner, and Health Links™ named Aims a Certified Healthy Workplace Leader. These are both national-level honors based on employee survey responses.
Aims Community College received an in-kind donation from Juniper Unmanned, a Colorado company that provides drone operations and aerial analytics. In late 2021, Juniper Unmanned provided approximately $100,000 worth of drones and associated technology to Aims.
Aims Community College held an official groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, March 22, for an expansion of the Aims Windsor Campus. The anticipated open date for the new facilities is Spring 2024.
