Workday is Aims’ new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Workday replaced Banner for all Human Resources and Finance/Accounting system processing in Summer of 2020 and replaced Banner for all Student processes starting in 2023. In March 2023, Workday-Student went live, transitioning class registration, advising, financial aid, tuition payments, and more for the 2023-2024 academic year to Workday.
We know that the move to a brand-new system can be a daunting one, so Aims department staff have created both written instructions and video demonstrations (Job Aids and How-To’s) for various Workday processes. We encourage the College community to utilize the training resources found under the section links on this page to help support you during the ongoing adoption of our new system!
