Does Aims have an Academic Standards Policy?
Aims implemented the Academic Standards Policy at the beginning of the Fall Semester 2005 to ensure that degree and certificate-seeking students maintain satisfactory academic progress.
I am on academic probation. What does this mean?
Academic probation is an alert system for students whose cumulative GPA falls below 2.0. A hold is placed on your registration status and you must meet with your academic advisor and complete the First Term Academic Probation Survey.
Who is my advisor for academic probation?
You can view your advisor in your Workday Student account by clicking on the 'Academics' quick link, then, under 'Academic Advising', choose 'View My Support Network'. If you have any questions, please call the advising office at (970) 339-6443.
